Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in education.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and excellent communication skills.
Head of IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and security.
- Support digital learning platforms and resolve technical issues.
- Lead the IT team and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of IT management experience, preferably in education.
- Strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
