Job Summary:

Shraddha Group of Schools is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Operations to lead and oversee all non-academic functions across its campuses in Chennai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring the safety and smooth functioning of school facilities, and enabling an environment that supports academic success and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all non-academic operations including campus management, transport, infrastructure, compliance, safety, vendor management, and team coordination.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple school campuses, ensuring seamless execution of processes and activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with CBSE guidelines, safety standards, health protocols, and statutory regulations.
  • Manage school transport systems efficiently to guarantee the safety and timely movement of students and staff.
  • Oversee infrastructure maintenance and readiness, coordinating with vendors and contractors for quality assurance and timely delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics for school events, infrastructure projects, and other activities requiring operational support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardization to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to support school goals and student success.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in school or institutional operations, preferably in CBSE schools.
  • Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in facility management and team supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-location teams and maintain productive vendor relationships.
  • Educational qualification of Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience working in a dynamic educational environment and commitment to excellence.
