Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English teacher to deliver engaging and academically rigorous lessons across the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and Cambridge curriculum. The ideal candidate should bring a deep passion for teaching literature and language, coupled with strong familiarity with international pedagogical approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver English lessons in line with IBDP and Cambridge curriculum requirements.

  • Develop critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills among students through innovative teaching methods.

  • Prepare students for internal assessments, external examinations, and extended essays.

  • Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and ensure academic excellence.

  • Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school initiatives.

  • Organize and mentor students in literary activities, debates, and creative writing workshops.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning experiences.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and submit reports as per school policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Master’s degree in English Literature/Language or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in IBDP or Cambridge curriculum is mandatory.

  • Prior experience as an IB Examiner will be a significant advantage.

  • Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for teaching and assessment.
