About the Role:
As an IBDP Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Mathematics curriculum with rigor and enthusiasm. You will guide students through complex mathematical concepts, helping them develop critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IBDP Mathematics syllabus.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Support students in developing analytical skills and applying mathematical theories to real-world problems.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in curriculum development, workshops, and school activities.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and progress.
Stay updated with the latest pedagogical approaches and IBDP requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Proven experience teaching IBDP Mathematics or equivalent international curricula.
Strong understanding of IB philosophy and assessment criteria.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
