Key Responsibilities:
Teach Physics and Chemistry in an integrated manner to classes XI and XII, aligning with CBSE curriculum requirements.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative classroom activities to simplify complex concepts.
Guide students in board exam preparation as well as competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET.
Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other faculty members to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Maintain classroom discipline while promoting curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss students’ academic growth and suggest improvement areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Mandatory B.Ed. qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in reputed schools or coaching institutes.
Strong command over subject matter and the ability to explain concepts in a simplified and engaging manner.
Familiarity with modern teaching aids, digital tools, and assessment methods.
