Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • For Physics Faculty:
  • Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D.) in Physics or a related field.
  • Strong subject expertise in both JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET Physics syllabus.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in reputed coaching institutes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • For Video Editor:
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in multimedia, film editing, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Creative mindset with prior experience in educational video content creation will be advantageous.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Physics Faculty:
  • Deliver engaging and result-oriented classes for JEE/NEET aspirants.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice sheets, and mock tests.
  • Mentor students, track progress, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to boost student performance in competitive exams.
  • Video Editor:
  • Edit and compile recorded lectures, promotional videos, and digital content.
  • Ensure smooth integration of visuals, sound, and effects for professional-quality output.
  • Collaborate with faculty to create engaging e-learning resources.
  • Maintain a digital library of recorded sessions for future use.
