Job Role: Junior Accountant
We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is meticulous, responsible, and committed to supporting financial and administrative processes at our organization in Kodathi, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments, etc.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Support audit processes by maintaining organized documentation.
- Handle petty cash and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors for payments and tax-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like TDS, GST, etc.
- Use accounting software (Tally or similar) to update records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar accounting role
- Language: Must be conversant in Kannada (spoken and written)
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally/MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams, good communication skills
