1. Lady Teachers (Pre-Primary Education)
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream
NTT/Montessori/ECCE certification mandatory
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
Responsibilities:
Conduct age-appropriate activities and ensure child-centered learning
Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents about student progress
2. Counsellor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s in Psychology or Child Development
Experience:
2–3 years in a school or educational setup
Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and behavioral support to children
Assist teachers and parents in identifying child-specific needs
Conduct child development and parenting workshops
3. Security Guard
Qualifications:
10th pass or above
Experience:
2–5 years in a school, residential, or similar environment
Responsibilities:
Ensure safety protocols are followed within school premises
Monitor entry and exit points
Maintain daily security logs
4. Nannies
Qualifications:
Basic education preferred; childcare training a plus
Experience:
1–2 years in a similar role
Responsibilities:
Take care of toddlers and assist teachers in managing children
Ensure hygiene, feeding, and child safety at all times
