Available Positions:
- Lecturer in Education (Commerce)
- Qualification: As per NCTE/University norms. A Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with at least 55% marks and a B.Ed./M.Ed. is essential. Candidates with UGC-NET/Ph.D. will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience at the B.Ed./M.Ed. level in a recognized institution is desirable.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in Commerce-related pedagogy and methodology courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching material, and engage students in academic activities.
- Supervise student projects, practice teaching, and guide research-related work.
- Actively participate in seminars, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintain high academic standards.
- Accounts Clerk
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with sound knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, and MS Office.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in handling accounts, fee collection, record keeping, and preparation of financial statements in an educational institution.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounts and records of the institute.
- Handle fee transactions, prepare balance sheets, and manage day-to-day accounts.
- Assist in auditing and financial documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory financial norms.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (for faculty role).
- Strong subject knowledge and updated awareness of pedagogy trends.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in managing accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional educational setup.
