Position: Mother Teacher – Pre-Primary
Location: Begusarai, Bihar
Type: Full-Time
Level: Pre-Primary (Nursery to Kindergarten)
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate age-appropriate learning through creative and activity-based teaching methods.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of students regularly.
- Engage parents through effective communication regarding student performance and classroom events.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to maintain teaching quality and discipline standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or Montessori setup.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing personality.
