Key Responsibilities (for all teaching posts):
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, projects, and class participation.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes student learning and discipline.
- Collaborate with other faculty members on academic strategies and extracurricular activities.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Key Responsibilities (School Administrator):
- Oversee day-to-day school operations.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and academic standards.
- Manage staff coordination, scheduling, and school logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative issues.
- Support academic staff and implement school improvement plans.
Qualifications & Skills (All Positions):
- Qualifications: As per CBSE norms (Bachelor’s/Master’s with B.Ed. for teaching roles).
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Classroom management and leadership ability
- Technological proficiency in online teaching tools is desirable
