Key Responsibilities- Teach and train students in vocal music and instrumental music, covering various techniques and styles.
- Develop engaging music curricula tailored to different learning levels and abilities.
- Conduct individual and group lessons in vocal and instrumental music, focusing on student growth and progress.
- Prepare students for concerts, competitions, and recitals, promoting performance excellence.
- Teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training, as essential components of the learning process.
- Integrate technology and digital music production tools into lessons, enhancing the educational experience.
- Maintain an inclusive and motivating classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance, helping students build confidence in their musical abilities.
- Collaborate with educators to develop interdisciplinary projects that incorporate music and promote cross-curricular learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one primary instrument and strong vocal skills, demonstrating a high level of musicianship.
- Experience teaching music to children and young adults, showcasing effective communication and mentorship skills.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and performance techniques, enabling informed instruction and guidance.
