Profile & Responsibilities:


Lead school operations, academic planning, staff supervision, and curriculum execution


Innovate and implement pedagogical strategies for academic excellence


Represent the school in external forums and ensure CBSE compliance


Qualifications:


Master’s degree in any discipline with B.Ed.


10 years of experience (including 5 years as PGT and 5 years in a leadership role)


Proven track record in managing CBSE school operations in English-medium settings


Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills


2. TGT – Science, Social Studies


Qualifications:


Graduate/Postgraduate in the respective subject with B.Ed. from a recognized university


Must be CTET (Paper-II) qualified


2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred


Familiar with CBSE teaching methodology and student assessments


3. PGT – Physical Education


Qualifications:


Master’s degree in Physical Education or related discipline with at least 50% marks


B.Ed. from a recognized university


Experience in organizing school sports, physical training sessions, and health education programs


4. PRT – All Subjects


Qualifications:


Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject with B.Ed.


Must be CTET (Paper-I) qualified


Experience in teaching core subjects in primary classes using child-centered methods


5. NTT – Nursery Teachers


Qualifications:


Trained graduate with NTT/JBT/D.El.Ed. from a recognized university


Experience in handling pre-primary children and familiarity with play-way techniques preferred
