Qualifications Required:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Must possess Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education / Early Childhood Education / B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed preschool or early childhood learning institution is preferred.
- Prior experience in CBSE/English-medium schools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Implement age-appropriate teaching strategies and activities aligned with child development principles.
- Develop learning materials and assessments suitable for preschool learners.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize events, activities, and parent interactions.
- Monitor individual student progress and communicate effectively with parents and administrators.
