Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Math Teachers to join our team and teach primary and middle school students in the USA. This is a remote, work-from-home position requiring teachers to work the US shift hours as mentioned above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective online Math lessons to primary and middle school students in the USA.
- Teach in 1:1 and group batches.
- Utilize strong pedagogical and conceptual knowledge to enhance student learning.
- Integrate technical tools and platforms for online teaching and student engagement.
- Prepare and execute lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Run peer 2 peer reviews.
- Contribute in Curriculum development and enhancement.
Requirements:
- Graduation and Master's degree with any field, with Maths as a compulsory subject.
- Strong pedagogical and conceptual knowledge in Maths.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and technologies.
- Prior experience in teaching is preferred.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in an online environment.

Location: Remote - Work from Home (WFH)- Anywhere in India
Work Shift:
- Tuesday - Friday: 1:00 am - 10:00 am IST
- Saturday - Sunday: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST
- Monday -Weekly Off
Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month plus incentives based on experience
