The Parent Partnership Officer will serve as the first point of contact for parents, ensuring effective communication between families and the school management. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Coordinate parent engagement initiatives, workshops, and orientations.
Address and resolve parental queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in developing communication strategies and newsletters for parents.
Support the school in organizing events that encourage parent participation.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, communications, and feedback.
Promote positive school culture by ensuring active collaboration with all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation along with B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
Prior experience in education administration, counseling, or parent engagement will be preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience is desirable, preferably in reputed schools.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in using MS Office and digital communication platforms.
