Position: PGT – Business Studies

We are looking for a passionate and experienced educator to join our senior secondary faculty and teach Business Studies to Grades 11 and 12. The candidate should possess sound subject knowledge, be well-versed with the CBSE curriculum, and exhibit the ability to engage students in concept-driven, application-oriented learning.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Commerce or related field.
  • Post-Graduation in Business Studies/Commerce/Management.
  • B.Ed. degree is mandatory as per CBSE norms.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Grades 11–12) in a recognized CBSE school.
  • Candidates with experience in preparing students for CBSE Board Exams and implementing experiential learning methods will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students, following the CBSE syllabus.
  • Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Foster critical thinking, case-study analysis, and real-world business application.
  • Use digital tools and interactive methods to enhance student engagement.
  • Prepare students for board exams through mock tests and concept clarity sessions.
  • Maintain records of academic performance and student progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow faculty members in interdisciplinary teaching initiatives.
  • Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training workshops.

Skills Required:

  • Strong command over the subject and communication in English.
  • Classroom management and interactive teaching approach.
  • Familiarity with digital education platforms and blended learning models.
