🧑🏫 Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and concept-driven Chemistry lessons to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare effective lesson plans that incorporate theoretical understanding, numerical problem-solving, and practical experiments.
Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and lab work to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
Maintain records of student performance and prepare reports for internal and board examinations.
Create a student-friendly learning atmosphere using innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools.
Ensure laboratory safety standards are met and manage laboratory inventory.
Encourage curiosity, scientific thinking, and real-life applications of chemistry concepts.
Support students in preparation for competitive exams such as NEET, JEE (Chemistry segment), and other entrance tests.
Participate actively in school events, teacher training programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry (or equivalent specialization) with a B.Ed. from a recognized university is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level in CBSE/ICSE affiliated schools.
Candidates with experience in using smart classroom tools and hybrid teaching methods will be preferred.
Should possess excellent subject knowledge and strong communication skills in English.
Experience in preparing students for board and competitive exams is a plus.
