Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Chemistry for Classes 11 and 12, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Simplify complex concepts through real-world examples, lab experiments, and modern teaching methodologies.
Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams, and competitive entrance tests (NEET, JEE etc.) where applicable.
Conduct regular practical sessions and demonstrations in the Chemistry lab ensuring safety standards and active student participation.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and project work, and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Participate actively in school events, science exhibitions, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
Keep accurate records of students' academic progress and maintain documentation for CBSE compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school at the senior secondary level.
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Proficiency in using digital teaching aids, smartboards, and virtual labs is an added advantage.
