Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in the respective subject area.
- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion-based learning, and conceptual clarity.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and school functions.
- Keep up to date with current teaching methodologies, NEP-based guidelines, and subject-specific developments.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject (Commerce/Physics/History) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE or equivalent curriculum).
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
Skills Required:
- Strong command over subject content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Classroom management and lesson planning proficiency.
- Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching aids is an added advantage.
