Position Details:

1. PGT Computer Science

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree (M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science or related discipline
  • B.Ed. is mandatory
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching senior secondary students (CBSE curriculum)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Teach classes XI and XII Computer Science as per CBSE syllabus
  • Prepare students for board and competitive exams
  • Develop programming, computational thinking, and digital literacy
  • Conduct practical sessions and coding assessments
  • Collaborate with the IT department for technology integration in classrooms

2. PRT/TGT Hindi

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or related discipline
  • B.Ed./D.El.Ed. required for PRT; B.Ed. mandatory for TGT
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
  • Responsibilities:
  • Teach Hindi to primary and/or middle school students
  • Focus on grammar, creative writing, and language fluency
  • Design lesson plans as per NEP and CBSE standards
  • Organize cultural activities and language enhancement programs

3. PRT English

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English (with D.El.Ed. or B.Ed.)
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of teaching English at the primary level
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in young learners
  • Use interactive and activity-based methods for teaching English
  • Conduct regular assessments and communicate with parents

THE HOUSE SYSTEM

For the development of students and in order to provide fair participation, GYAN DEEP SR. SEC. SCHOOL is divided into four Houses:

Peace House

These houses with their respective teachers organise school events in the school.

ACADEMIC EVALUATION

Every Student is graded on both scholastic and co-scholastic achievements. Each assessment report is based on the continuous evaluation based on class activities, worksheets and assignments on day to day basis.

HOLIDAYS

The school functions for students from Monday to Friday. It remains closed on all Saturdays of the month and on other holidays as declared by the school. However, on the all Saturdays except Second Saturday of the month Teachers and the Administrative staff are available between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for any query or consultation. Students can be called on a holiday by prior information, for academic or extra-curricular activities.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS

Every student is given a calendar of event for the year. It includes the schedule of weekly test, terminal exams and annual exams along with detailed syllabi. Sports and Cultural events and competitions are also indicated for the entire year. Parents are requested to keep themselves informed of the scheduled activities to encourage their wards to participate in the same.
