Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • For PGT positions, candidates must hold a Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. from a recognized university.

  • For the Accountant role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, GST, and financial record management.

  • Teaching candidates should be well-versed in CBSE curriculum norms.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools is preferred for teaching roles.

  • The Accountant position requires at least 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in school or institutional accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PGT English: Deliver engaging lessons in English literature and language, enhance communication skills of students, and prepare them for board examinations.

  • PGT Entrepreneurship: Teach business concepts, innovation, and start-up fundamentals, encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial thinking.

  • PGT History: Impart a deep understanding of historical events, cultures, and global contexts, while helping students analyze and interpret sources.

  • Accountant: Maintain accurate financial records, manage fee collections, prepare budgets, handle audits, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in planning academic and extracurricular activities.

  • Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.

  • Maintain discipline, uphold school values, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to use digital tools for effective teaching and record-keeping.

  • Organizational skills, adaptability, and a student-centered teaching approach.

  • For the Accountant role – analytical mindset, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing accounts.
