Job Opportunity: PGT Teachers and Hostel Warden at New Horizon School, Bhagalpur

1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)

Subjects: English, Hindi, Social Science


Eligibility:


Bachelor’s Degree in the respective subject from a recognized university


B.Ed. degree is mandatory


Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar CBSE environment preferred


Strong written and spoken English, ICT proficiency, and the ability to use digital tools in teaching


2. Hostel Warden

Eligibility:


Bachelor’s degree in any discipline


Minimum of 2 years of experience in hostel administration or related field


Must possess leadership qualities, discipline, ability to handle adolescents, and maintain hostel routines effectively


Key Responsibilities:

PGTs:


Deliver subject-specific lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum


Use engaging teaching methods and multimedia tools


Evaluate student progress and prepare regular assessments


Contribute to school events, cultural activities, and academic planning


Collaborate with fellow staff for syllabus design and improvements


Hostel Warden:


Ensure student safety and discipline in the hostel


Monitor daily activities, hygiene, meals, and wellbeing


Address student concerns promptly and maintain communication with parents


Supervise hostel staff and enforce hostel regulations
