We are looking for experienced and passionate educators who can foster language proficiency, literary appreciation, and critical thinking among senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature to students of Classes XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum.
- Design engaging and thought-provoking lesson plans that develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare students for board examinations through structured content delivery, regular testing, and personalized feedback.
- Organize co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, creative writing, and literary fests to enrich the learning environment.
- Maintain student discipline, monitor academic progress, and provide constructive feedback to parents during PTMs.
- Collaborate with other faculty members in planning and implementing academic initiatives and school programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree (MA) in English from a recognized university is mandatory.
- B.Ed. degree is essential as per CBSE norms.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a reputed CBSE school.
- Excellent communication skills and classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and online content delivery platforms is desirable.
