Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory as per CBSE/ICSE teaching norms.
  • Candidates should have strong command over the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience at the senior secondary level.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at PGT level in reputed schools.
  • Fresh postgraduates with excellent communication skills and passion for teaching may also be considered.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for senior secondary classes.
  • Design creative lesson plans, assignments, and projects that align with the curriculum.
  • Prepare students for board examinations with thorough academic training and evaluation.
  • Incorporate modern teaching techniques including audio-visual aids and digital platforms.
  • Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
  • Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design co-curricular and extracurricular activities that enhance student learning.
  • Maintain discipline in the classroom and instill values of responsibility and respect.

  • Ability to motivate and guide students in academic as well as personal growth.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
