Office Assistant
Qualifications & Eligibility:
PGT (History/Political Science): Master’s degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. as per CBSE norms. Strong subject knowledge and at least 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
TGT (Social Studies): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History/Political Science/Geography with B.Ed. Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in middle or secondary classes.
Office Assistant: Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and prior administrative experience in schools will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities (Teaching Roles):
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum.
Encourage critical thinking, discussions, and active student participation.
Prepare and evaluate assignments, projects, and examinations to monitor student progress.
Foster a positive learning environment and maintain classroom discipline.
Participate in school events, academic meetings, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities (Office Assistant):
Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
Handle correspondence, emails, and maintain records efficiently.
Support the teaching and administrative staff in smooth school operations.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and visitors.
Experience:
For teaching positions, prior CBSE/ICSE school experience will be given preference.
For the Office Assistant role, at least 2 years of administrative experience in an educational institution is desirable.
