Qualifications & Eligibility:


Postgraduate degree in the respective subject from a recognized university.


B.Ed. is mandatory as per CBSE norms.


Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.


Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools.


Experience:


Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary (XI–XII) level in CBSE/ICSE-affiliated schools.


Freshers with exceptional academic background and teaching skills may also be considered.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.


Use modern teaching strategies, including smart classrooms and digital platforms, to enhance learning.


Regularly assess student performance through tests, projects, and interactive activities.


Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students preparing for board exams and competitive exams.


Maintain classroom discipline, encourage critical thinking, and instill values of responsibility and teamwork.


Collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, and contribute to extracurricular and co-curricular programs.


Desired Skills:


Excellent command of the English language (for all teaching roles).


Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.


Proficiency in using educational software, tools, and ICT for effective classroom delivery.
