Applicants must have prior experience teaching in a formal school setting and should be well-versed with the latest pedagogical practices and CBSE curriculum guidelines.


Position 1: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:


Teach Mathematics to senior secondary classes (Grades 11–12) following CBSE curriculum.


Design lesson plans that promote analytical thinking and application of concepts.


Conduct assessments, provide timely feedback, and support students in preparation for board exams.


Integrate digital tools and classroom technologies for interactive teaching.


Participate in academic planning, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.


Qualifications:


Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.) with B.Ed.


Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.


Familiarity with CBSE exam pattern and latest syllabus updates.


Position 2: Primary Teacher (PRT) – Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:


Teach Mathematics to classes 1 to 5 using age-appropriate and engaging methods.


Foster a joyful and conceptual understanding of mathematical foundations.


Utilize visual aids, games, and real-life examples to strengthen learning outcomes.


Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.


Monitor student progress and maintain assessment records.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Science/Mathematics) with B.Ed./D.El.Ed.


At least 2–3 years of experience teaching primary classes in a CBSE-affiliated school.


Ability to cater to diverse learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.


General Expectations:


Fluency in English communication.


Proficiency in using smart boards and educational software.


Collaborative attitude and willingness to participate in school development initiatives.


Punctual, well-organized, and enthusiastic about continuous learning.
