Qualifications & Eligibility:
For PGT Mathematics: Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university. Candidates must have in-depth subject knowledge, strong mathematical aptitude, and experience in preparing students for board examinations.
For TGT Hindi: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi along with B.Ed. Candidates should be proficient in Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy, with experience in handling middle and senior school classes.
For Special Educator: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent qualification recognized by RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India). Candidates must have expertise in designing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools (depending on the role).
Freshers with exceptional academic records and strong communication skills may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
Create and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and continuous evaluations.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support overall student development.
For Special Educators: provide remedial teaching, conduct assessments, and offer personalized support for children with special educational needs.
Participate actively in school events, training workshops, and extracurricular programs.
