Position Overview
The PGT Physics teacher will be responsible for teaching higher secondary classes (Grades XI and XII) and preparing students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests. The ideal candidate should bring innovation to classroom teaching, possess strong subject knowledge, and inspire students to excel in both theoretical and practical aspects of Physics.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Physics to senior secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare detailed lesson plans, demonstrations, and lab experiments.
Guide students in developing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Conduct internal assessments, tests, and provide timely feedback.
Integrate modern teaching aids, simulations, and ICT tools into learning.
Mentor students for Olympiads, Science fairs, and competitive examinations.
Ensure laboratory safety and maintain Physics lab equipment.
Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and school activities.
Uphold the school’s academic standards and values of discipline.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with B.Ed. mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Physics at senior secondary level (CBSE schools preferred).
Strong communication skills in English.
Prior exposure to modern teaching methodologies and use of digital tools.
Experience in guiding students for JEE/NEET level Physics will be an added advantage.
