Pathways Global School, located on Dharamkot Road, Kot Ise Khan, invites applications from committed educators and coaches to join our growing team. We are hiring for the following roles: PGT Physics, PGT/TGT Mathematics, Dance Teacher, Cricket Coach, Gatka Teacher, and Spoken English Trainer.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- PGT Physics: Master’s degree in Physics with B.Ed.; strong command of senior‑secondary (XI–XII) syllabus; minimum 3–5 years of senior school teaching preferred.
- PGT/TGT Mathematics: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mathematics with B.Ed.; ability to teach middle and senior grades; 2–5 years classroom experience preferred.
- Dance Teacher: Degree/Diploma in Performing Arts (classical/modern/folk); school/academy teaching experience 2+ years.
- Cricket Coach: NIS/BCCI‑level or equivalent certification desirable; experience coaching school teams 2–4 years, with knowledge of fitness and match preparation.
- Gatka Teacher: Recognized training/certification in Gatka; proven experience training school or club teams 2+ years; emphasis on safety and discipline.
- Spoken English Trainer: Graduate/Postgraduate with TESOL/TKT/CELTA (preferred) or proven track record in language labs; 2–4 years experience improving fluency, pronunciation, and public speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons/sessions aligned to CBSE outcomes and school values.
- Create assessments, worksheets, practice sets, and remedial/enrichment plans to address diverse learner needs.
- Integrate technology (smart boards, learning apps) and activity‑based pedagogy to build conceptual clarity and communication skills.
- Track student progress through timely evaluations and share feedback with parents during PTMs.
- For coaches/instructors: design safe, progressive training plans; conduct drills, workshops, and inter‑house/inter‑school events; maintain equipment and records.
- Contribute to assemblies, clubs, competitions, and school events; uphold classroom discipline and safeguarding norms.
- Participate in professional development and collaborate with colleagues for cross‑curricular initiatives.
Desired Skills
Excellent subject knowledge, classroom management, English communication, collaborative mindset, and a positive, student‑first attitude. Candidates with Olympiad/board result contributions, competition choreography, or tournament achievements will be prioritized.
