School Counselor
Qualifications & Eligibility:
For PGT Physics: Master’s Degree in Physics along with B.Ed. from a recognized university. Strong subject expertise and proven experience in teaching senior secondary classes (XI–XII) is required.
For TGT Mathematics: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. Candidates should have experience in teaching middle and secondary school students (Classes VI–X).
For School Counselor: Master’s in Psychology/Child Development/Guidance & Counseling. Candidates must have experience in counseling school students, addressing academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching/counseling experience in CBSE-affiliated schools is preferred.
Fresh candidates with exceptional academic records and communication skills may also apply for TGT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
Use innovative teaching methods to simplify complex concepts and encourage critical thinking.
Evaluate student performance through class tests, assignments, and projects.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding academic progress.
For School Counselor: provide individual and group counseling, organize awareness sessions, and guide students in handling academic stress, peer pressure, and career choices.
Participate actively in co-curricular and school development programs.
Desired Skills:
