Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Psychology to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Design engaging lesson plans that foster critical thinking, curiosity, and applied understanding of psychological concepts.
- Conduct assessments, prepare question papers, and evaluate student performance with timely feedback.
- Guide students in project work, case studies, and research-based learning activities.
- Encourage application of psychological theories in practical, real-life situations to build deeper understanding.
- Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students interested in higher studies in Psychology and related fields.
- Actively participate in workshops, teacher development programs, and school-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall growth and well-being of students.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- A Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
- Strong academic background and updated knowledge of the subject.
- Excellent command over English with effective communication and presentation skills.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/IB/International school at the senior secondary level.
- Experience in mentoring Class XI and XII students for board exams and competitive entrance exams will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior exposure to international pedagogy or metro/cosmopolitan school experience will be an added advantage.
