- At least 3 years of administrative or leadership experience (e.g., Coordinator, HOD, or Vice Principal)
- Proven ability to handle school operations, staff supervision, and parental communication
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic planning, implementation, and review for all grades
- Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure quality education delivery
- Manage school discipline and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Assist in school policy formulation and execution in line with CBSE norms
- Support the Principal in daily operations, inspections, and school events
