Responsible for teaching students according to CBSE curriculum, developing engaging lesson plans, evaluating academic performance, coordinating with departments, mentoring students, managing lab or subject-specific sessions, and participating in extracurricular events. HODs will oversee department functioning, curriculum planning, and teacher mentoring.
