Open Positions & Salary Details:
PGTs: Physics, English – ₹40,000/month
TGTs: Maths – ₹30,000/month
TGTs (Junior): English, Computer, Social Science – ₹25,000/month
PRTs: Art & Craft – ₹20,000/month
Associate Staff: Music Teacher – Salary negotiable based on qualification & experience
Note: Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
All applicants must meet government norms regarding academic qualifications and certifications for the respective positions.
Candidates must be fluent in English and possess basic computer proficiency.
Fresh graduates with a positive and enthusiastic teaching attitude will also be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience, digital classroom skills, and a strong command of their subjects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and academic goals.
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
Conduct classroom assessments, maintain student records, and communicate progress with parents.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, participate in co-curricular activities, and contribute to the school’s growth.
The Music and Art Teachers will design and lead creative sessions, annual day performances, and special school programs.
