Job Title: PGT Commerce Teacher – Accountancy & Business Studies

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated PGT Commerce Teacher to teach Accountancy and Business Studies to senior secondary students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and maintaining records. The role requires a passion for teaching, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Commerce subjects such as Accountancy and Business Studies to students at the postgraduate level.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate classroom discussions.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other student-related documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop curriculum materials and improve teaching methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary (PGT) role.
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy, Business Studies, and educational principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
