Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach subject-specific content effectively for higher secondary students.
- Design engaging lesson plans aligned with the Tamil Nadu Matriculation syllabus and JEE standards (for Physics).
- Assess students’ performance regularly through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individual academic support and mentorship to help students excel.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school functions, and academic planning.
- Use technology and innovative strategies to enhance classroom learning.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject (M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech preferred for Computer Science).
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school.
- For JEE Physics, prior coaching experience for competitive exams is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
