🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for senior secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12) or primary classes, depending on the assigned subject area.
- Teach PGT-level subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science OR PRT-level subjects including English and EVS.
- Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments based on the CBSE syllabus.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere with high expectations for student behavior and academic performance.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide additional support or enrichment where needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on interdisciplinary learning projects and events.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and ongoing teacher training programs.
- Manage classroom operations effectively, ensuring discipline and maintaining a minimum class strength of 30 students.
📚 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- For PGT: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed./M.Ed.
- For PRT: Graduate with relevant subject specialization and B.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated institution.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create interactive, learner-centered experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools.
