1. Pre-Primary Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise pre-primary teachers and staff.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the management team.
- Monitor student progress and classroom effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education; at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Admissions Counselor
Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents on school programs and admission procedures.
- Coordinate school tours and information sessions.
- Maintain records and follow up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in counseling or admissions preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
3. Primary English Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress.
- Encourage reading, writing, and language skills through creative teaching techniques.
- Manage the classroom effectively and maintain student discipline.
Qualifications:
- B.Ed. with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in primary classes.
- Proficient in English communication.
4. Assistant Teacher – Primary
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in classroom instruction and management.
- Assist with lesson planning and student activities.
- Provide individual support to students when needed.
- Help with assessments, grading, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline with ECCEd or B.Ed. preferred.
- Experience in a school setup is an advantage.
- Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.
5. Accountancy / Economics Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Teach Accountancy and/or Economics to middle and high school students.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct assessments.
- Create an interactive learning environment.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in the subject.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Commerce/Economics with B.Ed.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in the subject.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
