Position: Pre-Primary Educator
Vega Schools is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Pre-Primary Educators who can engage early learners using creative, inclusive, and interactive methodologies. The ideal candidate should be warm, energetic, and committed to providing a joyful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school’s progressive learning philosophy.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Facilitate inquiry-based and play-way learning activities to enhance foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
- Observe and assess each child’s development and maintain comprehensive records of learning outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging classroom setup with age-appropriate learning resources.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Nursery or Pre-primary education is a plus.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of teaching experience in reputed pre-primary schools.
- Experience with international or IB curriculum is an added advantage.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Child-centric mindset with creativity and empathy.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical practices and technology integration in classrooms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based teaching model.
