Reporting To Centre Head Responsibilities:- Teach preschoolers Classroom management (resource and student management) Manage teaching programs in accordance with the Lesson plans & Curriculum KRA Towards Students Use different techniques and strategies to achieve student learning objectives Provide activities and materials that engage and challenge the students intellectually Development and use different tools to assess student learning outcomes Plan, set and evaluate student development Supervise student conduct during class, playtime and other breaks Towards Parents Keep the parents well informed about their ward's progress Take time out to discuss an issue, or a problematic behavior Inform the parents about after school activities; excursions, meetings Keep the parent feedback updated Encourage parent participation in parent-teacher meets Towards Management Actively involve yourself in all staff meetings, educational conferences and school programs Voluntarily participate in organizing special events, and other activities Maintain a healthy relation with all peers and non-teaching staff members Maintain confidentiality of information at all levels Education Qualification: Degree level qualification. Qualified Teacher Status e.g. Graduate Certificate in any discipline or Diploma / Certificate course in ECCE/NTT/Montessori Years of Experience: 0 – 2 yrs Requirements -The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in child development and education theories and practices -Knowledge of relevant procedures to ensure that children are supervised and safe at all times -Demonstrates team building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills -Effective English-Speaking skills -Be Flexible, consistent, fair and understanding -Be able to safeguard student interests Employment Type Full-time
