Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching children are essential qualities.
- Candidates with prior experience of 1–3 years in a preschool or kindergarten will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience is desirable, though freshers with the right aptitude and training may also apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans designed for preschool learners.
- Use interactive methods such as storytelling, rhymes, music, and art to develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Foster a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Conduct activities that focus on early literacy, numeracy, and motor skill development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and provide feedback.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and emotional well-being of all children under care.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs as required.
