Qualifications & Eligibility:
For Pre-School Teachers: Graduate in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training with strong classroom management and child-centric teaching practices.
For Primary Teachers: Graduate/Postgraduate with a B.Ed. degree and subject expertise. Previous experience in CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum is desirable.
For IGCSE Coordinator: Postgraduate with minimum 5–7 years of relevant teaching and coordination experience in an international curriculum school. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
For School Admin Head: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or Administration with proven experience in school operations, staff supervision, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience for teaching roles.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant leadership/administrative experience for senior roles like Admin Head and IGCSE Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering engaging lessons that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
Preparing lesson plans and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
Nurturing a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Coordinating academic planning and ensuring high-quality delivery of the IGCSE curriculum.
For Admin Head: Oversee day-to-day school operations, staff management, admissions, compliance, and liaising with parents and authorities.
Actively participating in school activities, events, and professional development programs.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management qualities (for senior roles).
