Job Title: Preschool Co-Teacher

Role Overview:
The Preschool Co-Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in planning and executing age-appropriate classroom activities that promote early childhood development. The role requires patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure every child receives individual attention while being guided through structured learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering lessons aligned with the school’s early years curriculum.
Support in designing creative, play-based, and interactive learning experiences for preschoolers.
Ensure a nurturing and safe classroom environment that fosters emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
Observe and monitor children’s progress, sharing feedback with the Lead Teacher and parents when necessary.
Help in classroom management, organization of teaching aids, and maintaining discipline.
Collaborate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities related to early childhood learning.
Provide personal care and guidance to children whenever required, ensuring their overall well-being.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in Early Childhood Education/Primary Education or equivalent.
Montessori training or ECCE certification will be an added advantage.
Prior teaching experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English with the ability to connect with young learners.
Enthusiastic, empathetic, and child-friendly approach towards teaching.
Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant preschool/early years teaching experience is desirable.
Freshers with training in Early Childhood Education and a genuine passion for working with children may also be considered.
