Teaching & Coordinator Vacancies – Shanti Asiatic School, Dehradun

Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • As per CBSE norms, candidates must hold relevant degrees.
  • Wing Coordinators: Master’s Degree with B.Ed. along with proven experience in academic leadership and school administration.
  • TGT: Graduation in the concerned subject with B.Ed. and prior teaching experience.
  • PGT Psychology/Biology: Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. and strong subject expertise.

Experience Required:

  • Wing Coordinators: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in teaching and at least 2–3 years in a leadership/coordination role.
  • TGT & PGT Teachers: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinators: Lead academic planning and execution, mentor teachers, monitor curriculum delivery, and maintain academic standards. Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and parents while fostering a positive learning environment.
  • TGT Teachers: Deliver engaging classroom instruction aligned with CBSE curriculum, create lesson plans, evaluate student performance, and integrate innovative teaching practices.
  • PGT Teachers (Psychology & Biology): Teach higher secondary classes with depth and clarity, prepare students for board examinations, design assignments and assessments, and provide career/academic guidance to senior students.
  • Participate in workshops, co-curricular activities, and professional development programs.
  • Uphold discipline, school values, and maintain active communication with parents and management.
