Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Primary Faculty: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education/Elementary Education with B.Ed. and a strong foundation in child-centric teaching methodologies. Minimum 2–4 years of classroom experience preferred.
- Career Counsellor: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Education, with at least 3–5 years of experience in academic or career counselling. Exposure to international curricula and student guidance systems will be an added advantage.
- Cambridge English Faculty: A Master’s degree in English/Linguistics or equivalent with TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Cambridge/IB curriculum is required.
Experience:
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in modern pedagogical practices and be well-versed in integrating technology into classroom teaching.
- Prior experience in reputed CBSE, IB, or Cambridge schools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Faculty: Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s inquiry-based approach, design assessments, and create a nurturing learning environment for young learners.
- Career Counsellor: Provide academic and career guidance to high school students, conduct aptitude/interest assessments, assist in university admissions, and organize career awareness programs.
- Cambridge English Faculty: Plan and execute effective Cambridge English language programs, prepare students for Cambridge assessments, and foster strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Collaborate with peers, participate in professional development workshops, and contribute to extracurricular and school-wide initiatives.
