Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children’s holistic development.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking in students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain effective communication with parents about their child’s progress and development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- For Pre-Primary:
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Experience in Montessori or play-based teaching methodologies is an advantage.
- For Primary:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education or related field).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
General Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to use creative teaching methods and integrate technology into the classroom.
