Qualifications and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree in any discipline with a B.Ed. or M.Ed., preferably with First Class academic standing.
  • The candidate should meet all the norms and requirements as per ICSE or CBSE board guidelines, depending on the institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed schools, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal-level role, is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Applicants in the preferred age group of 38 to 48 years will be given priority.

The role of Principal demands not only academic leadership but also an ability to inspire, manage school operations, mentor staff, and uphold the institution's core values. Candidates must be well-versed in academic planning, curriculum implementation, school administration, staff development, and parent-community engagement.
