Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring effective implementation of CISCE curriculum.
Develop and execute strategies for continuous academic improvement, innovation, and holistic growth of students.
Supervise faculty recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a safe learning environment within the school premises.
Oversee curriculum planning, examinations, and academic audits in alignment with CISCE guidelines.
Build strong communication channels with parents, teachers, and stakeholders.
Ensure integration of co-curricular, cultural, and sports activities for well-rounded student growth.
Represent the school in educational forums, boards, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s Degree in a relevant field with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role as Principal, Vice-Principal, or Head of Department.
In-depth knowledge of CISCE curriculum, regulations, and examination standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
